A powerful solution for logistics companies

Pros

Onfleet is an amazing platform with a modern design. The UX is world class and the API is as solid as Stripe's. It is reliable, easy to integrate and highly capable. Unlike many logistics platforms that focus too much on specific industries, it is flexible and works well across different sectors. Their tech team knows what they are doing, and the platform integrates smoothly into complex systems.

Cons

There are a lot of features I would love to see added but I get that they're going for a less is more approach to keep things simple and focused. My biggest issue is the lack of a mobile friendly dashboard as it's just a responsive web UI. Same with driver tracking, which would be way better as a mobile-native feature. That said, the platform is flexible, so these are not deal-breakers given everything else it offers.

Easy to work with...

Pros

Setting up Onfleet and getting started was a simple task. The unified dashboard makes everything simple for us to manage. The integration with our POS system (Dutchie) works but there is definitely room for improvement. Whenever we need help, support has been great too.

Cons

Not being able to save vehicles to a location makes assigning them a bit difficult. Route optimization does not let us properly bulk-optimize tasks for our time windows, so we had to create zones without overlapping but my team still prefers manually building smaller routes. There has to be a better way. I also wish we had route history showing estimated vs. actual completion times, mileage tracking and an option to route back to the store without assigning a task.

I rely on this daily for deliveries

Pros

It is really easy to use and super responsive. The API is well-built, making it simple to get data in and out of the system. Any changes we make update instantly across all dispatchers and drivers.

Cons

There is not much to complain about, but if I had to pick something, I'd say better task organization and improved communication segmentation for customers would be helpful.

They charge more but help less

Pros

I really do not like how they have taken away features while raising the prices.

Cons

It feels like my account manager only reaches out when they want to increase the prices. I am already looking for a better alternative.

Has everything we want but is a bit pricey

Pros

To us, the best thing about Onfleet is that it is easy to use and has all the functionality we need.

Cons

Tough to beat this product

Pros

It is so user-friendly that we rarely need to reach out for support, even though we handle 100 tasks a day.

A must-have for logistics teams

Pros

Onfleet is great for everyone from our admins to dispatchers and drivers. Also it handles high volumes well and we love how customizable it is for different teams and customers.

Cons

My only issue is that some features that should be standard are considered add-ons, which just drives up the cost.

Works fast and packed with features

Pros

Integrating with Onfleet was easy, and the documentation made the process even smoother. Also it has multiple useful features, covering most of our needs. Plus, the Customer Success and Support teams are fantastic. They make problem-solving look so simple.

Cons

The dashboard takes a little time to learn and I feel like it would be much better if it were more customizable.

I like it...

Pros

We struggled a bit with the ETAs at first, but later we figured it out.

Cons

Integration wasn't very user-friendly but with some help from customer support, we eventually got it working.

Service was excellent

Pros

Being able to track our drivers progress and location in real time is a huge help. In short this has made a huge difference in our logistics.

Cons

Sometimes, updates take a while to go through or orders randomly disappear.

Proven useful for us

Pros

One of the best I've used

Pros

Honestly, I do not have much to say. I will keep it short and will say that we would not be able to operate at this level without Onfleet.

Cons

The app works slowly sometimes, but other than that I have not noticed any issues.

Has great features, but customer support is non-existent

Pros

I really like the features Onfleet offers. I get quite quickly how the tech and setup work and I love seeing all our deliveries on the map. The color-coded tasks in the desktop view make everything even easier to track.

Cons

As a dispatch associate, I have run into a lot of issues. Integration has been the worst. Our company uses Dispense and it has caused a ton of tech problems that neither side seems willing to fix. I also wish the taskbar for deliveries was cleaner. Plus, all customer communications are automatically set to disabled, which is frustrating for deliveries and ends up slowing us down.
