Pros
Integrating with Onfleet was easy, and the documentation made the process even smoother. Also it has multiple useful features, covering most of our needs. Plus, the Customer Success and Support teams are fantastic. They make problem-solving look so simple.
Cons
The dashboard takes a little time to learn and I feel like it would be much better if it were more customizable.

Onfleet is great for everyone from our admins to dispatchers and drivers. Also it handles high volumes well and we love how customizable it is for different teams and customers.
Cons
My only issue is that some features that should be standard are considered add-ons, which just drives up the cost.
