Using Onro Courier Software every day as a manager I've seen a major improvement in the way dispatch and delivery operations are handled. The system is dependable and gives complete real-time visibility into drivers and orders. It has made communication with our drivers more organized, cut down on manual tasks and boosted overall efficiency. The automation and customization features also make it a solid choice for expanding a courier business without losing control or structure.

Their driver app and dispatcher portal work really well in sync which makes handling same-day and on-demand deliveries much more manageable for us.

A few features are intentionally limited and can't be fully customized so it can feel a little restrictive at times.

For on-demand delivery operations this is a very dependable option. Real-time tracking, automated dispatch and rider management cut down a lot of manual work and help us run our deliveries much more efficiently. It's a stable, scalable platform and the team behind it is responsive and clearly understands last-mile logistics inside and out.

Cons

Some of the more advanced customization options and deeper analytics still have room for improvement. A few feature updates can take a while to be released but the team is open to feedback and keeps working on improving the platform.

Onro stood out to me because of its accessible interface and the flexibility it gives us to manage deliveries in real time. The platform is highly customizable so we were able to adapt it to fit our business needs without much trouble. On top of that their support team has been responsive and genuinely helpful anytime we've had questions or needed assistance.
