PayWow Features
Driver And Dispatcher Payments
PayWow simplifies driver and dispatcher settlements by supporting contractors, commissioned staff, and salaried employees in one system. Businesses can calculate pay per mile, percentage, hourly, or fixed rates, while also managing per diem, detention, hauling, and fuel charges accurately and efficiently.
Reimbursements And Payroll Deductions
With PayWow, companies can accurately record reimbursements for tolls, lodging, meals, and parking while managing deductions for repairs, fuel, advances, and escrow. All entries automatically appear on detailed pay stubs, which are emailed or securely accessed online through the mobile app.
Load Payment Tracking
The load tracker keeps payment records organized by linking each load to the corresponding contractor or dispatcher compensation. It enables percentage-based calculations and provides summaries of completed loads, helping businesses review activity history and monitor how each payment relates to the work performed.
Tax Filing Automation
Compliance becomes easier as PayWow manages federal and state tax withholdings, deposits, and filings automatically. Required forms such as 940, 941, 1,099, and W-2 are generated accurately, while contractors complete W-4 or W-9 updates digitally and access year-end documents online.
Remote Time Tracking
Remote time tracking enables businesses to monitor attendance using a web platform or mobile-friendly application. The GPS-supported Kiosk app incorporates geo-fencing, allowing workers to clock in and out at approved job sites while maintaining accurate location-based attendance records.

“good service with reasonable pricing”
Pros
The Paywow team is highly knowledgeable and professional. Every associate I have worked with has been top-notch. Their service is consistent too and they pay close attention to detail. I also truly like the quality of work and support they provide. If you switch to them, you probably won't need another provider as they offer concierge-level service. Pricing is much lower than ADP. Don't let anything unusual in the interface fool you as they are the real deal. I am glad I chose them. They are affordable, hands-on and even call to remind you if payroll has not been run within two hours of the cutoff. For me it was the best choice among five similar options. I am building a company based on honesty and doing right by people and their team shares those values. Thanks to the whole team for their hard work and dedication.
Cons
Nothing at all as there isn't anything about this software I dislike.
