Pros

I really appreciate the range of integrations we have with carrier partners, pricing partners, load board partners and even our accounting system. It provides the much needed flexibility we need.

Cons

Some of the workflows and views could use a little cleanup but I've noticed that improvements are happening regularly almost every month. Hope they take my suggestion into account.

“Interesting features

Pros

I really enjoy being able to track aging details. It is a really cool feature.

Cons

I would have liked the system to show carrier details like terminal locations, liability and guaranteed options. I also want the option to enter the name of shipper and receiver in the quote page such that their zip code would automatically come up in the quote screen.

“Amazing software with great support

Pros

The number of integrations is amazing. It makes dispatching and accounting a lot simpler and saves me a lot of time.

Cons

It was a bit slow at first but its working fine now.
