It's very user friendly and feels a lot like working in Excel which makes it really easy to use.

Cons

At times I wish there were a few more options to customize it a bit further.

Pros

Right from the start, it covers almost everything a trucking company needs and it's very easy to use. Also the system is organized into different areas you'd expect like driver profiles, driver assignments, safety, maintenance and accounting. There is basically a dropdown section for every part of the office which makes the workflow feel well structured and complete.

Cons

One thing that's missing is the ability to upload or attach pictures to maintenance records. Having photos and documentation stored together in the same entry would be really helpful and that gap is one of the reasons we looked at Citrix.�It�also seems a little outdated so it would benefit from a newer version with more of the features that larger fleets really need.

Pros

We received quick responses and clear guidance on how to set up and use the product from the start. The training was explained very well, including separate sessions for accounting. After that ProTransport followed up with weekly calls to see if we had any questions while using the system. We also received extra weekly training on scheduling contractors. So overall it is very easy to use, saves us a lot of time and brings real value.

Cons

It's helpful for accounting and definitely saves time.�It�also lets us store all documents in one place and everyone in our company is able to find what they need. We also selected�this product�because it includes IFTA, 1099 and safety sections.

Pros

Uploading fuel receipts is pretty easy and it makes IFTA calculations much easier. I can also upload all my load bills directly into the system so there's no need to print anything which saves a lot of time and paper. Overall it's excellent software with no issues and the customer support has been excellent as well. It saves me a lot of time.

Cons

I haven't run into any downsides as overall it's been excellent software.

Pros

From the moment a load is entered into the system until final collection, everything is tracked. It also covers 1099s, IFTA reporting, driver pay, billing and all driver qualification records. Plus the platform really works as the company's cash register as every transaction is recorded, searchable and trackable in one place.

Cons

One thing missing is the ability to upload bank statements or credit card records into�the system which would make it much better for tracking financial records.

Pros

It is pretty user friendly and training new staff does not take much time at all. Adding users is simple and the system can be customized to fit different needs which makes it feel very practical. Considering everything it offers, the product is a really smart option for the price.

Cons

One thing that could make�it�even better would be having 24/7 software support and improving the speed a bit. That said support does seem to be getting better, at least from the sales side of the company. When I called about an issue, the customer service team was very helpful and had it resolved within 30 seconds.

Pros

ProTransport was simple to use and the customer service team has been very friendly whenever I have needed help. Overall it is a useful platform for growing a company and the one-click fuel upload feature makes that part of the job especially convenient.

Cons

I have nothing negative to mention at this point.
