QuadMinds software is a cloud-based Fleet Management platform that generates and optimizes delivery and pickup routes from uploaded orders or fleet data, then assigns trips to drivers using time-windows, capacity and zone rules. It tracks route compliance and order status in real time, records photos, signatures and ePODs, and produces route history for performance analysis. The platform also provides a control tower for interplant and trunk trips, an order portal for shippers, and an emissions dashboard.

QuadMinds Features
QuadMinds automatically ingests orders, fleet and driver data, generates zones and produces optimized routes that respect time windows and capacity constraints. It assigns routes to drivers and allows manual edits before dispatch.
The software shows route compliance and order status in real time and preserves the full route history for later analysis. It enables mid-route actions such as transferring loads, adding or rescheduling orders, extending routes or deleting stops.
The platform calculates time deviations at each step of interplant, trunk or palletized cargo trips and updates trip statuses automatically. It displays current trips in multiple views, stores trip details and allows incident recording for root-cause analysis.
The system calculates fleet CO2 emissions and identifies the highest-emitting vehicles and routes. It computes emissions per ton transported and per distance traveled while storing the full emissions history.
