“Route optimization”

Pros

Live tracking, route optimisation, automated notifications and responsive customer support have all been standout features for us.

Cons

Radaro wasn't originally built around the way our business operates but the team really went the extra mile to customise it and develop the functionality we needed. Huge thanks to them for that.

“Live tracking with driver performance analysis”

Pros

Having live tracking and the ability to analyze driver performance has been a real advantage for our business. Client feedback and solid record-keeping are also incredibly important for the way we operate and those features have added a lot of value.

Cons

No complaints.

“Easy for admins, drivers and sales teams”

Pros

It was simple for both our admin staff and delivery drivers to work with. Our sales team could also quickly pull up delivery details whenever needed and the proof of delivery we share with customers is consistently accepted without any pushback.

Cons

We haven't come across any downsides with the software.

“modern routing and smart organization”

Pros

The routing organization and overall modern feel of the software have been a big plus. It helps companies get up to speed with technology quickly and the support through each step makes the transition much easier. It's also simple to use and to navigate.

Cons

Sometimes devices, connectivity and updates can create a few challenges. Most of those issues are either outside Radaro's control or can be fixed without much trouble though.

“Provides clear info”

Pros

Everything about it is user friendly and the information I need is presented right up front.

Cons

Occassionally customers ask for specific time slots and in those cases the route optimization doesn't really apply.

“instant help from support”

Pros

The reporting tools have been really valuable and the support team is excellent. Whenever I have a question I get an answer right away.

Cons

Their geofencing feature could use a clearer explanation since it's interesting and I'd like to better understand how the data is captured.

“helpful support and simple setup”

Pros

Setup was simple and the customer support team has been really helpful to us whenever needed. The pricing also felt fair for what it offers.

Cons

It would be useful to have the option to keep records stored for a longer period of time.

“Full control of the customer service journey”

Pros

Using Radaro has let our company take full control of the customer service journey from beginning to end. Communication between our team and our customers is much clearer through the platform and it has significantly cut down the issues we used to deal with under our previous delivery process.

Cons

Even after using Radaro for several years, I honestly can't think of any negative points with the product or how it works for me and my customers.

“dynamic real-time visibility”

Pros

One of the biggest advantages I think is how dynamic it is. Customers can share their experience with us in real time which gives us the chance to step in and resolve issues immediately. The portal also offers a lot of detailed insight into the job itself, overall progress and the location of our workforce so we're able to respond quickly when something needs attention.

Cons

There are still some natural directions where the product could grow and expand its portfolio further.

“SMS time windows helps cut inbound phone calls”

Pros

After about five years of using Radaro as a delivery partner for several major retailers, it has become a key part of how we present our service when bringing on new clients. It gives our end customers excellent visibility and the SMS time windows sent the day before, along with live queue position updates on delivery day, have helped cut down both incoming and outgoing phone calls. We also spend less time checking in with field teams because the real-time tracking lets us follow progress throughout the day. It has been really useful for reviewing staff efficiency and the ability to include a large number of photos on PODs means every product can be properly documented. Our field teams have had no trouble using it and the support team has consistently been available whenever we need help with adding merchants or troubleshooting.

Cons

Nothing to point out right now. On the occasions where issues have come up, the team has always been open to feedback and willing to help address them.

“Uber-style delivery map”

Pros

Watching deliveries move in real time on an Uber-style map has been a big plus since customers can clearly follow the progress of their order. The instant feedback feature is just as valuable because it lets us respond to customer comments right after the delivery happens.

Cons

At this point, I really don't have any downsides to mention. The implementation went well and the response from customers has been very positive.

“customers love the tracking”

Pros

Communication with our customers has never been better. They genuinely love it. We describe it as being similar to Uber Eats tracking so it feels familiar to them right away. It has also saved us several hours every week because we get far fewer phone calls asking where deliveries are or when they're expected to arrive. We're also really happy with the routing, dispatch and checklist tools which help us provide clear and accurate updates consistently to customers, staff and service providers. The follow-up feedback messages sent to customers are another valuable feature since they give us a clear picture of how each delivery went and where we can do better next time.

Cons

I can't think of a single bad thing to say haha.

“fantastic support and fast scaling”

Pros

Getting it up and running took very little time and the onboarding process along with the post-sale support has been better than we expected. Our drivers adapted to the app quickly. It helped us scale at a fast pace while keeping day-to-day operations running efficiently. Very few people have trouble using it and our customers have been really happy with the overall experience.

Cons

As with a lot of SaaS platforms, this one handles a wide range of needs but it falls short when it comes to some highly specific use cases. The route optimization features are strong overall although they're not perfect and do have some flaws.

“Delivery visibility with driver KPI tracking”

Pros

It has been an excellent platform for creating a simple delivery experience for our customers. It keeps them informed about upcoming deliveries and gives us solid reporting around that communication. We can also pull up completed deliveries and review each job from beginning to end, including any customer feedback, all in one accessible place. On top of that, it helps us track driver KPIs and make sure our service standards are being maintained at a high level.

Cons

One thing we still have not been able to do is find a way to publish customer reviews directly to the usual public review sites.

“fast-moving team, perfect delivery tracking”

Pros

Has stood out to us for how quickly they refine and improve an already strong product. It's clear they've built a really positive team culture and that comes through in every interaction. Whether it's a routine support question or a large integration project they make the whole process feel manageable and responsive. The platform itself is user-friendly and visually clean which helps encourage staff to work in the system instead of relying on internal phone calls. On the driver side, the app is simple enough that drivers of all experience levels can pick it up and use it effectively in a short time. It also works nicely with the phone's maps and calling features so our drivers can access those tools without having to exit the app. Customer communication is another strong point. End customers receive real-time updates including live tracking and visibility into their place in the driver's delivery run. The system also sends SMS notifications when the driver is on the way to the next stop with an estimated delivery time and it sends an SMS if the delivery could not be completed.

Cons

When a delivery fails they send an email to notify the business but currently only one email address can be assigned. I can work around that by setting up email groups although that option won't suit everyone. The search feature is also a bit restrictive at the moment since it only works across certain fields. It would be much better to have a broader set of search criteria available.

“offers real-time tracking”

Pros

Because we deliver turf which is a live product affected by temperature, having real-time tracking has been incredibly valuable. It lets our customers see exactly when the delivery will arrive so they can plan for a fast and efficient installation as soon as the turf reaches the site.

Cons

I honestly haven't run into anything I dislike at this point.

“Integrates with existing business platforms”

Pros

This turned out to be the one program that integrates smoothly with the business platforms we already use. Implementation was simple and our drivers have had no trouble using it day to day. It's also simple for customers and they really like the RTTI tracking features.

Cons

Our team hasn't run into any issues with any part of the software.

“Instant job and delivery failure reporting”

Pros

Keeping tabs on drivers and deliveries is really easy with this. Also the instant job reporting is a big plus for my team. Something else that our team really liked was the delivery failure reporting features. They are very useful and help us stay on top of issues quickly.

Cons

We can't build our own reports independently and still need Radaro's help for that.
