It is a great program for keeping track of ongoing and completed breakdowns and roadside assistance. It's been super helpful and I plan to keep using it whenever I need it. Everything's really easy to use which I appreciate a lot

Cons

There really wasn't much I didn't like about this software. It did what I needed without any issues.
