Simply Fleet is an amazing software that is packed with a wide range of fleet support and maintenance options. In short, they truly deliver what they committed.

Cons

There is nothing much that I dislike about this software.

It does an excellent job of backing all our fleet services and much more.

Cons

Nothing much, but it has some pricing issues that they should reconsider. For now, I find it a little expensive.

I feel like regular users should not be allowed to add services to the list. There should be a restriction that only authorized administrators should have that ability.

“User-friendly and accessible

We have been able to streamline our fleet tracking and reporting with it. Also it is the best to see real-time updates from our team and to get detailed reports on our vehicles. It even helped us manage our vehicle list and keep up with maintenance on some of our older vehicles.

Cons

Well I wish I could edit user emails easily. I have not figured out how to do that yet. For example, I once entered a new user with the wrong email and I failed to notice until after saving the profile. Once it was saved, I couldn't go back to fix it. The result was that I had to create a whole new profile for that employee which was annoying and timeconsuming.

It allows me to keep up with vehicle maintenance. Also, it helps me track all the services that need to be done within a specific time frame.

Cons

I have noticed that there is no dedicated space where I can keep track of all the parts I have on hand.

Simply Fleet is very easy to use, which makes tracking a simple task. Also it lets us keep up with inspections and mileage for our small company.

The app crashes sometimes, but other than that we really enjoy using it.

I really value how simple it is to use. Also it lets me track mileage, gas and maintenance without making much of an effort.

I have not come across any issues so far, and even our staff has not faced any problems.

Simply Fleet software is very easy to use. I also like the fuel and trip management features, which are really important for my company.

The statistics feature needs improvement. Also I would love to see a Total Cost of Ownership per vehicle metric and it would be great to have a car tracking feature, too.

Simply Fleet has all the features we were looking for. If I talk about its expense tracking and vehicle information storage, they both are quite easy to use and have proven helpful for our business.

Yes, it has a few issues, like it did not allow me to track income, filter columns or run reports with the current setup the way I Prefer.

I really like the customizable inspection forms and maintenance reminders. We use it every day at our company and it has way too many great functions, more than we actually need.

One thing I wish for is to reset driver passwords without deleting and re-reading the ID.

Simply Fleet software is easy to use. Also it made navigation between different modules and input information a simple task.

The only drawback I see is that there is no audit trail showing which users have made changes or captured work.

Not only it is easy to set up but is also available at a really affordable price.

I have noticed some errors on the web when entering data. Plus, there is a restriction as the system does not support bi-fuel cars or allow importing data from gas stations.

Well I must say, the software truly lives up to its name. It is so simple to set up and works well for all types of users. The interface is also easy to navigate.

Cons

It is more of a wish than a complaint. If there was an area where I could add extra vehicle documentation like permits and other files to keep everything organized, it would be amazing.
