Pros
What I really like about SmartMoving is that they're always working to make it better. They actually listen to what their customers want and need, which makes a huge difference. You can tell they care about improving the experience based on real feedback.
Cons
I really wish there was more built-in on the accounting side. It would be so nice to have everything in one place instead of having to integrate with outside systems. It's not a dealbreaker but it would definitely make things smoother.

Pros
It's super smooth and really easy to use. I've had no issues getting things done quickly and whenever I need help, their customer service has been great, friendly and responsive.
Cons
Sometimes it's a bit tricky to actually get someone on the phone when I need help. Not all the time but it's happened enough to be noticeable.

“Awesome tool to organize everything”
Pros
I'm not the most tech-savvy person out there but I find this interface pretty easy to navigate. It's definitely user-friendly in my opinion. I also really appreciate how fast and helpful the support team is when I reach out. The storage module is well designed though I still don't totally get why "warehouse handling" is taxed when "prepaid storage" is selected on an estimate that part's a bit confusing. But being able to create multiple tariffs? That's a super cool feature.
Cons
The customer service side of things could use a bit more development. It'd be great to have vendor info and direct communication features like they have in the sales module. Also, it would really help to be able to add stand-alone notes on the Dispatch calendar. I think customer profiles could use some love too maybe even a way to flag a customer as a "problem customer" directly in their profile, not just based on the job. One more thing, locking customer names would be helpful. Right now, if someone updates the main contact name, it changes across all past and future jobs. It'd be better if it only affected the current job.

It's easy to use. The program is super user-friendly and fits right into how we run our business. It doesn't feel like we have to bend things to make it work, it just works with us.
Cons
One thing I've noticed is that It doesn't offer a pricing structure based on individual items. That would be a useful option to have for certain types of jobs.

What stands out to me is that SmartMoving was clearly made by people who actually understand the moving industry. It's not just generic tool, it's tailored to how this business works. And they're constantly rolling out updates that come straight from user feedback, which is awesome.
Cons
Honestly, I don't really have anything to complain about right now. The team keeps rolling out updates and improvements and over time they've added way more than I ever expected. They really go above and beyond.

“My experience with SmartMoving”
Pros
It is really easy to gather all the info from customers and open their files without any proble. Plus I love that we can get paperwork signed off before the actual job day, makes things way more efficient and stress-free.
Cons
The only issue I ran into for a while was getting customers to sign off on a valuation option when they were signing their estimate and making that required. Eventually, my manager got in touch with SmartMoving and they made it happen for us, which was great.

Pros
I like the way everything ties together, estimates, customer communication, the LiveSwitch integration and the crew app. It all flows smoothly and keeps everything organized.
Cons
The accounting stuff could be a lot better. Right now, the profit and loss details for each job feel kind of unfinished. The way valuation options are shown is a bit confusing too and I wish there were more ways to customize the customer portal. It's not bad overall but there's definitely space to make things better.

We're big fans of how user-friendly it is. When I first started checking out CRMs, I kept telling people SmartMoving felt like the "Apple" of the moving industry, super clean, simple and easy for both the team and our customers to understand. One of my personal favorite parts is how easy the inventory tool is to use during on-site estimates. That's been a major plus for us.
Cons
The reports could use more flexibility and consistency. Some of them let you filter certain data points, while others don't have that option. They are working on it though and it's been getting better with updates.

The thing I like most about this product is how smooth the implementation process was. It didn't feel like a struggle to get started, which made it so much easier to get our team on board.
Cons
There are definitely things I don't love, but to be fair, It is always getting better. They keep improving it, so even if something's annoying now, it might be fixed soon.
