“need very minimal training

Pros

Tenstreet's interface is extremely simple to navigate and it is so user-friendly that new hires barely need formal training because most of the features explain themselves for the most part. Overall I like how user friendly it is to use on a day to day basis.

Cons

What frustrates me is that every time they add a new service that should be helpful, they charge a high fee which makes those improvements feel overpriced and not worth it.
