This range is intended for general budgeting purposes, as actual costs can differ based on the number of power units (fleet size), chosen feature modules (such as Recruiting, Safety, or Onboarding), and specific implementation needs.

In addition to the base subscription costs, organizations should account for the following expenses:

  • Content Migration: $500–$3,000, based on the volume of historical driver files, DQF records, and conversion requirements from legacy systems.
  • Admin And Instructor Training: $0–$1,200 (Standard web-based training is typically included; however, onsite training or attendance at the Tenstreet User Conference involves additional registration and travel costs).
  • SSO, HRIS, And API Integrations: $1,000–$5,000+, depending on the integration scope with third-party providers like TMS (Transportation Management Systems), Payroll (ADP and Workday), or specific Drug and Alcohol testing labs.

Reporting options are the best

Pros

I am impressed with the reporting options and the many tagging choices. I can also message candidates and drivers through the Tenstreet Pulse app and send or receive documents from them.

Cons

Verifying past employers for leased drivers is a hassle as the process is a bit complicated. It also relies too much on terminal agents reaching out manually instead of sending automated requests.

Cons

Well it took me a little time to get used to the platform but they do a great job walking me through everything step by step. They hold team meetings, answer questions thoroughly and make sure I fully understand the system before I'm on my own.
