“Reporting options are the best
Pros
I am impressed with the reporting options and the many tagging choices. I can also message candidates and drivers through the Tenstreet Pulse app and send or receive documents from them.
Cons
Verifying past employers for leased drivers is a hassle as the process is a bit complicated. It also relies too much on terminal agents reaching out manually instead of sending automated requests.

It keeps my DQ files organized and my onboarding process has become much faster and simpler.
Cons
Well it took me a little time to get used to the platform but they do a great job walking me through everything step by step. They hold team meetings, answer questions thoroughly and make sure I fully understand the system before I'm on my own.

“Too complex for average users

Personally what I like most about it is that it provides a really broad platform packed with powerful, useful capabilities.
Cons
What frustrates me most is how complex the platform can be as it's easy for an average user to get lost in all the dropdowns and options. For example even ordering a simple motor vehicle report takes three clicks through different menus. Yes, there are tools to sort candidates but everything feels overly complicated and slow. Even though it has many features, it does not feel very practical for a standard mid-sized trucking company like ours. Cutting back on some features and simplifying workflows would help reduce the clutter. Overall I think it's too busy, not user friendly and takes too long to learn.

Pros
It's very easy to use. I also like how the platform keeps everything simple, clear and organized. Customer support is helpful too if you ever need them and in 7 years, I have only had to contact them once. I am on the site every day and uploading or adding info is simple.
Cons
Not much I can complain about. Overall I find it simple and I won't switch to anything else.

One of the things I like are the online videos, quizzes and forms as they make it much simpler to train new drivers consistently across all of our offices.
Cons
I do notice that there are monthly integration fees whenever you connect it with another platform which adds ongoing costs.

It is pretty easy to generate reports and put together our database.
Cons
What I don't like is that I don't get notifications when new leads come in and I cannot send mass texts to applicants. It would also be easy to add an opt-in checkbox so applicants agree to receive texts then we could actually use that feature.

Pros
I am impressed by how easy this tool makes it to find truck drivers who are actively looking for work. Overall it is very simple to use when searching for candidates.
Cons
Reapplication is a problem. As every time a driver applies, it seems to go to nearly every trucking company on the platform which is frustrating. Plus I wish submissions didn't go to everyone because it actually makes it harder for me to hire a driver.

What I like is that everything is presented in a neat organized way. Also it is easy to use and because it's widely adopted applicants can simply import their information.
Cons
I often run into situations where applicants put a job under unemployment or list truck school as regular education. For my role, those items need to be in the right spots so it's annoying to have to go back and re-enter everything manually. It would be much easier if there were a quick button to move those entries into the correct category.

Tenstreet Pay platform is really easy to use and very user friendly. I have been using it for two months with minimal training and picked it up quickly.
Cons
It would be great to have better sorting in the worklist because navigating items can be frustrating. Scrolling feels awkward too as one main pane scrolls while a smaller one scrolls separately and the layout could be cleaner. Also a simpler way to clear alerts would really help.

This is the best app in the transportation industry. As it is easy to use, works well on mobile and stores driver information so it's ready for future applications.
