Being able to pull IFTA reports much faster has made our job so simple, thanks to The Rand Platform. Also, the features built for drivers are really useful and make their job easier.

Its GPS has proven the best for us as it helps replace the outdated, time-consuming tracking and inventory control systems we had before.

The mapping feature doesn't work with our browser and when I reached out to customer support for help, they simply said to me to contact my IT department. Since we are a small company with limited IT support, that was not really an option. It used to work fine, but now it's basically useless for us.

Pros

The routing feature, truck tracking and easy IFTA reporting make this system a great choice for us in managing our operations well.

Cons

Customer service was hard to reach. It took a while to get a call back with any updated about our issues.
