“Integration issues, mapping stopped working”
Pros
Its GPS has proven the best for us as it helps replace the outdated, time-consuming tracking and inventory control systems we had before.
Cons
The mapping feature doesn't work with our browser and when I reached out to customer support for help, they simply said to me to contact my IT department. Since we are a small company with limited IT support, that was not really an option. It used to work fine, but now it's basically useless for us.

Setting everything up in the system was so easy. Also the map is user-friendly and easy to navigate for our drivers.
Cons
For the price, we only get updates twice a day which feels like a limitation.
