Pros
Toro is fairly easy to use, which made learning the system a simple task. And anytime our team has a question, support responds quickly and explains everything in detail. This is something that made training and daily operations run really smoothly.
Cons
It relies on drivers to take pictures of their tickets and upload them using their phones. Some of our older drivers struggle with technology, so training them to use the system properly (and getting them on board without complaints) was the toughest part of rolling this out.

Pros
There is so much I love about this program. Switching from our old system was way easier than I expected. Also it's simple to learn and use and the best part is how fast and easy it is to process loads and send out billing. Even our drivers picked it up quickly and dispatching has never been easier.
Cons
I do wish all the accounting functions were built into Toro instead of syncing with QuickBooks, but honestly, it is not a huge issue.

It is extremely user-friendly and the thing I love the most is that I can access it from anywhere.

Pros
We tested several TMS software options and nothing else came close to Toro's user-friendliness. The simple workflow has proven really beneficial for our business, saving us tons of time in dispatch and accounting.
Cons
We did not face many issues, but if I had to pick one, signing up for QuickBooks to get the most out of Toro initially felt a bit intimidating. But now that we are set up, there is nothing that we struggle with.

Pros
I love that they are always making upgrades. I can manage almost everything from this system. Dispatching is quick and simple now. And once the paperwork is uploaded, just a couple of clicks and invoicing is done. Payroll used to take up most of my Monday, but now with timesheets, it is done in two hours max.
Cons
The timesheets and reports could use a few more tweaks, but I am confident they will get there. I would also love to search for locations by address instead of just the name.

Pros
The transition was seamless, and the Toro team was always there to help or take suggestions. And I never imagined that dispatching would be this easy.
Cons
Well I am still waiting for employee payroll to sync with QuickBooks Online.

Pros
I find it really easy to use and the support team is very helpful too. They staff is always friendly. Plus, the QuickBooks sync makes managing accounts so much easier.
Cons
One thing I don't love is that invoice statuses (like paid or carrier payments) are visible to users who do not necessarily need to see them. However it is more of a preference than a real issue.

I wish there was a way to automatically add late charges to invoices and push driver settlements directly to QuickBooks.

Pros
Everything with Toro is simple from tracking to invoicing and dispatching. Even their customer service is exceptional. They go above and beyond to make sure everything works perfectly and as per our requirements.
Cons
Invoice summaries at times become a bit tricky to manage. I would love love it if they made it a little clearer.

Pros
I really like the dispatch page for assigning loads and trucks. Before, we had to use a separate screen just to do what we can now handle on a single page. It saves us at least two hours a day at just one location.
Cons
Nothing went wrong for us and we are really happy with it.

It is been great! The support team is always helpful whenever I need to customize something to make our process easier. This really feels like the future of transportation. Plus, finding and accessing reports is simple too.

Honestly, the only way it could be better is if they did the work for me instead of just walking me through it...haha!
