Easy setup with organized paperwork

Pros

This software is really easy to set up and it keeps paperwork and load information neatly organized. It is especially helpful for businesses that handle numerous drop-offs and consolidation tasks.

Cons

Being a newer platform we have to be patient with occasional delays in reports and updates. There are a lot of neat features but sadly some still can't extract every piece of data accurately right now.

Manages loads with driver payroll

Pros

I really like how the new system helps me manage loads efficiently and keeps everything well organized. Also I can send all the details directly to drivers so they have everything they need right away. I can also handle their payroll without switching between systems which streamlines the whole process and saves time. This all-in-one approach improves communication, boosts productivity and accuracy and cuts down on manual errors.

Cons

Honestly there is not anything about this software that I dislike. It has totally changed my business in a positive way!

connects with Geotab QuickBooks

Pros

It makes creating orders, managing dispatch, collecting paperwork and handling billing much easier. It also connects with Geotab and QuickBooks Online and automatically notifies customers when a load status changes. Customer support is excellent too and they are always improving the product with new features.

Cons

We have run into a handful of bugs but their developers respond fast and fix things quickly. Honestly none of the issues have been major.

Dispatching drivers with detailed load info

Pros

I have had great success with dispatching drivers and sharing detailed load info that's been the standout feature for me.

Cons

Well I wish the system would track each truck's actual mileage instead of using a chosen route. Right now, when OS loads and set routes are applied at the end of the week, it makes reports harder to understand and hides the real data.

AI scans rate confirmations quickly

Pros

The AI feature is the best as it scans a rate confirmation and pulls in the details so you can use them when creating an order.

Cons

To be honest I have no cons to share as it works the best.

user-friendly with proof delivery scanner

Pros

A lot of things stand out about Truckbase but the features I keep coming back to are the user-friendly interface, the driver's proof of delivery scanner, the AI that imports rate confirmations, the invoice QA integration and the amazing customer support. Whenever I have a question, I get a fast response and they don't just wait around. They proactively check in to make sure our onboarding and transition are going smoothly.

Cons

I have not been able to use the app effectively on my phone and honestly I forgot to ask support if there's a different way I should be setting it up to get it to work on mobile.
