“reliable compliance and upgrades”
Pros
Something that really works well is its easy configuration management and it makes upgrading software components across our whole infrastructure much simpler, even in a regulated environment. I also appreciate how it helps maintain industry-standard CIS compliance across the organization's software. On top of that, the infrastructure feels future-proof and is fairly easy to manage.
Cons
Writing code in Ruby has been a challenge. It is not a language that is widely used across the industry so finding programmers with Ruby experience is difficult and getting up to speed with it takes quite a while. The initial setup was also not simple.

“Simpler workflow with a helpful team”
Pros
Truckbase has genuinely simplified our daily workflow and made things a lot less stressful. Overall iti is really easy to use and I feel it's absolutely worth the investment. On top of that we can easily monitor drivers and their assigned loads. Vlad and his team are consistently helpful whenever we run into problems.
Cons
From an admin standpoint I don't find it as easy to use on a phone as I'd like. Meanwhile it appears that most of our drivers already have the app mastered and use it without issue.

Pros
Dispatching orders to drivers and seeing their jobs makes collecting uploads from them easy and reliable. I also like that I can message a driver directly when I need a specific file.
Cons
The AI sometimes misses important details for dispatching. There are also issues with drivers incorrectly marking loads as in transit or delivered. I also wish drivers had a better way to send feedback or communicate with us.
