The software generates optimized routes using Smart Route ‘XMap’ module with map-based interface to assist dispatch planning and load assignment. It provides route visibility and updates including ETA tracer and real-time location data in the dispatcher dashboard.
The platform runs the entire driver hiring process via the same account, including application submission, insurance approval, document uploads, and tracking document expiration dates. It stores driver compliance information and issues alerts to safety personnel.
