“Simple, comprehensive and easy to use

Genuinely I like everything about this software, it's so simple and extremely easy to use and I appreciate all of its features.

Cons

We can't come up with anything negative to say about it, I genuinely have no complaints about the way this works or what it offers.

“Easy trip paperwork, great support

Pros

At the office someone inputs the details and when it suits me I pop in, locate the trip, print the paperwork and within a few short minutes I'm back on the road. Customer service was excellent, when we ran into a couple of things we didn't get, one call and they talked me through it...problem solved.

I'm a fan of how feasible this tool is. It manages our fleet very smoothly and reliably. The load-entry follows a clear, step-by-step workflow and if you enter code BRRN2018 you'll get 10% off forever, truly.

haven't come across any issues with this program so far. If I had to name a con, it would be needing a bigger filesafe on startup.

“aligns trucking operations

This program has totally simplified my Trucking workflow and given me back precious time and headspace to deal with other pressing items. It's feasible and easy to pick up and there are loads of tutorials and help documents that walk you through anything you might be unsure about. The reports are invaluable. I can pull quick snapshots of nearly every area of the operation with minimal fuss. The IFTA reporting alone justifies the subscription cost for me. After spending a year trying to juggle everything with overcomplicated spreadsheets that grew into endless tabs, formulas and macros, I chose to adopt a professional solution and trust experts to handle it. Definitely the smartest business move I've taken!

Cons

The cost for storage is a drawback. It's not a major issue since I don't currently need that feature but if the fee were lower I'd probably opt in.

“User-friendly and easy team training

Pros

This software is really user-friendly and my accounting people, HR, the dispatcher, our office manager and anyone else we need to train pick it up without any trouble. I've been able to generate reports in both basic and full PDF formats and having those export options has been an enormous help for our team's workflows.

Cons

We would like the system to include payroll features for additional staff we might bring into the company, because right now we have to rely on other payroll programs until that capability is built into this software. Still, I can open those external programs and retrieve the necessary information to finish payroll processes, so it's manageable for the time being.

“Highly recommended!!

Pros

I used to dread IFTA season four times a year but this software has completely eliminated that headache for me. Even if it only handled IFTA filings, I'd say it was worth the cost, yet it does so much more. Keeping track of everyone has become far easier. It notifies me when someone needs an inspection sticker, tags, or maintenance. Everything I require is congreatated into one application. Honestly, thank you to the team behind this tool, you've saved me a lot of hair-pulling.

“Auto-calculates miles for IFTA

Pros

it automatically breaks down miles by state and really saves a lot of time on calculations when I'm filing for IFTA.

Cons

I find it takes a lot of time to manually enter trips, particularly when you have more than one drop on the same trip, since each stop needs input. Aside from that, it's really helpful.

“Clean layout and enjoyable bookkeeping

Pros

Working with this software has been a real pleasure. It's incredibly feasible, visually uncluttered and really simple to navigate. I actually look forward to doing the bookkeeping because with a single click I can pull up multiple reports and instantly see how the business is performing. Before this I tried other programs that packed more bells and whistles but they just made things overly complex. The moment I migrated to this platform, I sensed it would be a keeper. And honestly, don't be tempted by the larger suites that promise integrations with everything from load boards to factoring, those integrations often feel watered down and tough. That forces me to jump outside the app to use the other provider anyway. This tool sticks to no-frills basics which is exactly why I love it. No distracting extras, no loud designs or color schemes, just a clean, convenient layout and the essential features I need. Great job!!! I'm planning to stay a customer for the long haul. Really excited to see how it evolves over time.

Cons

A dedicated mobile app, or at least a better mobile-optimized version, would make a big difference. I can use the software on my smartphone but it often requires a fair amount of scrolling and poking around to find where things have been squeezed. If the layout were adjusted for mobile screens it would be so much easier. When I'm adding new customers, drops, or vendors, it would be great if the system could pull in data from the web automatically (similar to how Ascend TMS does this which is honestly Ascend's lone standout feature), instead of forcing me to type in each vendor manually. To be fair, once I add an entry it does autofill for future use which helps. I'd also love to see this tool expand on its clean approach by adding ELD support (it's coming soon, I know) and some smarter navigation or routing features, emailing directions feels a little archaic. If whatever they build next remains as simple to look at and use as the current product, I'll subscribe immediately.

“Shows cost per mile clearly

Pros

One thing I like is that it breaks down the cost per mile, so I can see exactly what I'm earning and it's much simpler for me to forecast future earnings using that data.

Cons

I'd like them to color-code the loads, for example loading, dispatched, or waiting on insurance, because that visual cue would make it a lot easier for me to track each load.
