TruckingOffice Features
IFTA Reporting Software
TruckingOffice tracks everything you need for IFTA, including miles by state and fuel gallons by state. Miles are calculated automatically using PC*Miler, helping ensure accurate reporting. The software simplifies IFTA recordkeeping by organizing required data in one place, supporting easier quarterly filing and improved compliance management.
Dispatch Trucking Software
The platform tracks everything related to a dispatch, including who ordered it, who drove it, and a wide variety of fee options. It centralizes dispatch details within the system, helping users manage load assignments and related information while maintaining organized operational records.
Invoice Trucking Software
The software keeps tabs on invoices that are coming due and alerts users if they are overdue. It supports tracking payments to help ensure invoices are paid in full and on time. This structure assists with maintaining consistent cash flow for both operators and drivers.
Driver Trucking Software
TruckingOffice provides reports showing which loads a driver completed, making paycheck processing more straightforward. The system allows users to generate a printout with the driver’s pay stub so drivers can verify payment details, helping reduce confusion about load assignments and compensation.
Maintenance Trucking Software
The platform helps users stay on top of vehicle maintenance by organizing service records and schedules. It supports monitoring proper servicing and maintaining DOT compliance. By tracking maintenance activities, the software helps ensure vehicles remain correctly serviced and operational.

“Best for owner-operators but interface dated”
Pros
As an owner-operator, I really like this tool, it's tailored more toward solo people like me rather than owners of fleets, small trucking firms, or those running dual-authority operations.
Cons
the interface feels pretty dated at first glance.

“Easy to use and ideal for small businesses”
Pros
This tool is incredibly easy to use and I find it perfect for small businesses with everything condensed into a manageable system.
Cons
Personally, I've noticed the owner-operator settlement reports could use improvement. I'd really appreciate an option to automatically generate reports that already include that week's expenses, things like tolls, fuel and DEF, so I don't have to enter them manually each time.

“manual entry can feel clunky”
Pros
Finding year-to-date expenses and gross amounts for each owner-operator is feasible and I really appreciate not having to dig through multiple reports.
Cons
it involves a lot of manual data entry and I find updating information from the settlement pages to be clunky and not easy.
