As an owner-operator, I really like this tool, it's tailored more toward solo people like me rather than owners of fleets, small trucking firms, or those running dual-authority operations.
Cons

This tool is incredibly easy to use and I find it perfect for small businesses with everything condensed into a manageable system.
Cons
Personally, I've noticed the owner-operator settlement reports could use improvement. I'd really appreciate an option to automatically generate reports that already include that week's expenses, things like tolls, fuel and DEF, so I don't have to enter them manually each time.

Finding year-to-date expenses and gross amounts for each owner-operator is feasible and I really appreciate not having to dig through multiple reports.
Cons
it involves a lot of manual data entry and I find updating information from the settlement pages to be clunky and not easy.

Pros
Dispatching tools, expense logging through the ELD and accurate RPM figures make the software highly practical and I find the complete TMS and ELD combination very useful.
Cons
I did find the learning curve a bit irritating at first but the support team has been excellent and responds very quickly.

What I appreciated most about this software is how feasible it is to use. Since I'm not very tech-savvy, I need a solution that keeps my accounts and my business running smoothly without any fuss. It's also among the more affordable options I've discovered and I liked that it offers a trial period so I could try it first.
Cons
When I entered multiple trips or stops, I noticed sometimes the process felt a bit lengthy and tough. Great tool but I would really like to see that workflow tightened up, because making repeated entries takes more time than I'd expect.

After we added this tool into our process, my department has become a lot more efficient at choosing which fleets to use for specific projects. We've been able to take on more loads for our partners and have saved money because we can pick the fleets that make the most sense financially for us and for our partner relationships.
Cons
Because our company has agreements with certain fleets, it would be really useful if the tool could indicate when we've reached our quota for the month, quarter, or year. Having that visibility would help our team make sure we stay within those contract limits when selecting fleets. At the moment, we have to track those quotas outside of this system.

“easy with QuickBooks export
Pros
It's feasible and doesn't take up all my spare time when I'm not driving which lets me stay on top of my business. I really like the QuickBooks export feature because it prevents me from retyping every single piece of data.
Cons
when I export to QuickBooks it applies the export date instead of using the date shown in the app, so I end up having to go back and fix those dates manually each time to keep records accurate.

I'm pleasantly surprised by how refreshingly simple this is and I find it very affordable, plus the customer support has been genuinely helpful to me so far.
Cons
I'd really like to see the loaded miles displayed on invoices rather than only showing the final dollar amount for fuel surcharge and I also need a larger field where I can enter instructions that will print on the invoices.

Being cloud-based is a huge plus because I can get to it from anywhere. Beyond that, it ties together every part of my operation and gives me quick snapshot dashboards that help me make better-informed choices which in turn boost the profitability of my company.
Cons
For a brand-new authority, the monthly fees on top of the upfront cost feel steep, once I add more trucks the per-unit cost becomes more reasonable. Still, the insights I get are valuable for scaling the business.

Once I've worked my way through the initial learning curve, the software feels very user-friendly to me. I can enter items as they pile up or when they happen and everything stays neatly organized. The price is reasonable and I really like how invoices are generated.
Cons
Like most tools, there's a definite learning curve to get comfortable with all its features. As a one-man operation, I tended to uncover functions as I needed them while using the app.

Simple to navigate and grasp. I spend a few minutes daily and stay on top of bookkeeping.
Cons
As a car hauler, I manage multiple BOLs, drop-offs and pickups during each run. Initially the app confused me because it kept asking for route clarification. My expectation was that it would propose an optimal route first, allowing me to tweak it afterward. Whenever another load was added to a trip, I was forced to repeat the clarification steps. Now I export the trip as a PDF for reference, so it no longer causes hassle.
