“Perfect option for data discovery and documentation”
Pros
Right away, it feels like a really solid option for data discovery and documentation. It gives you one central place for metadata which makes searching, locating and understanding data assets across the organization much more convenient. The connection with other Azure services especially Azure Data Factory and Power BI, works smoothly and makes data exploration and analysis much more efficient. On top of that, the interface is user-friendly so getting around the platform and finding what you need is pretty simple.
Cons
It is excellent overall but it does fall short when it comes to working with on-premises systems. It's mainly built with cloud-based environments in mind so integration outside that space feels quite limited.
