“One-stop for contractor docs
Pros
This is truly a one-stop shop for managing all contractor insurances and safety documents. I also love that you can assign multiple sites to each contractor.
Cons
I'm surprised CM3 doesn't yet require contractors to provide their licenses and qualifications as I feel that's really important for compliance.

Pros
It's a quick and simple way to check compliance and insurance status and it organizes the entire induction process for our team.
Cons
Some features aren't as simple as they could be and aren't always where you'd expect to find them which can make things feel a bit clunky.

I'm impressed by how quickly we can notify contractors and how easily they can connect with each other through the system.
Cons
Database could use some bug fixes. Sometimes I have a hard time finding a contractor I know is already in the system.

The contractor database is incredibly useful for getting a complete overview. It's very easy to use and manage contractors in every way, from sending invites to day-to-day oversight. It fits perfectly with our company's needs.
Cons
The most frustrating part is that updates don't always show up right away and we've had some mix-ups with ABN details which can create headaches.
