Cm3 Features

Cm3 structures WHS prequalification around a Business Risk Profile and evidence review, ensuring contractors meet minimum safety standards before engagement. Assessors map risks to controls and documentation, reducing ad hoc reviews and giving buyers consistent validation of safety practices. This is a core part of Cm3 features for compliance teams.

See How It Works

OnSite provides contactless QR check-ins, secure passwordless login, and real time compliance checks against contractor status. Clients can issue site messages, run mobile friendly inductions, and view live or historical attendance, improving visibility of who is on site and whether entry conditions are met.

See How It Works

Analytics dashboards help teams monitor contractor status, risks, and assessment throughput across sites. Powered by Microsoft Power BI, the module supports deeper supply chain insights and data exports so safety leaders can identify gaps, track trends, and communicate performance to stakeholders without manual spreadsheet work.

See How It Works

The Marketplace lets buyers search a large database of prequalified contractors by work type, job type, and risk type, then invite them directly from profiles. Internal sharing tools streamline shortlists and help fill coverage gaps when existing vendors are unavailable or additional capacity is required.

See How It Works

Cm3 exposes integrations to connect contractor and compliance data with site access, ERP, procurement, and accounting platforms. Example connections include Sine and TIKS for check-in validation. This reduces double entry and automates status checks at the point of access and across back office systems.

One-stop for contractor docs

Pros

This is truly a one-stop shop for managing all contractor insurances and safety documents. I also love that you can assign multiple sites to each contractor.

Cons

I'm surprised CM3 doesn't yet require contractors to provide their licenses and qualifications as I feel that's really important for compliance.
