I really appreciate the industry know how that the team brings to the table. On top of that, the online tools they offer are really helpful and make things a lot easier. It's clear they know what they're doing and want to help us succeed.
Cons
I really don't have any complaints. The process was super easy and any questions I had were answered promptly. It was a smooth experience overall.

Pros
The team has been fantastic in providing advice and service to my firm. They've always been prompt and clear when addressing any questions or concerns I've had. I never feel like I'm being left in the dark and they handle everything in such an efficient way that it makes my job much easier.
Cons
Overall, this is by far the best service I've used. There are a few times when some of the compliance work didn't apply to my firm but I was able to get past that quickly without any issues.

Pros
I absolutely love how well it works and how quickly the customer support team responds. Every time I've had an issue or a question, they've been quick to help and they always make sure I'm completely satisfied. It really makes a difference when you know support is just a call away.
Cons
One thing that was tricky was getting multiple feeds set up with different brokers. It took some time to figure out but it wasn't too bad.
