“Reliable tool”
Pros
It is easy and simple to use, with widgets/plugins available right out of the box. Plus it provides a comprehensive view of all security areas along with self-driven orchestration. The support it offers is also excellent as it is always available when in need.
Cons
Nothing too serious to share from my side as anything I have in mind is already on the roadmap but not fully implemented yet such as the integration of policies and documentation via links. Plus some features are still missing in certain fields such as editing and removing entries in the history.
