“Secure system”

Pros

Working in a strategy unit means we handle a large amount of sensitive information and it helps us tailor each document based on its confidentiality level. That flexibility makes it much easier to manage protected data properly.

Cons

At times, the process can take a bit longer than expected. It also requires classification even for regular emails and personal documents should be included in the classification process as well.

“Limited add-on with rigid settings”

Pros

It works directly with Microsoft products and when you click save, it prompts data identification in a way that is simple to use.

Cons

It feels like a very basic add-on without much else to offer. Turning it off is not very simple, the classification types are hard-coded and there is no real flexibility to adapt them. It would also be better if the program included watermark integration.

“automatic security labeling saves time”

Pros

Because of compliance requirements, every email and document we create needs a security classification. It takes care of that automatically which is a big help and saves us a lot of time.

Cons

pop-up style interface can be tiring after a while. If you don't want it, you have to disable that feature manually.

“One-click document classification”

Pros

With a single click the software can identify documents which makes it very user-friendly. It also lets you customize the identification types and it runs without slowing down the computer.

Cons

There is almost nothing to dislike about this program.

“Uncomplicated deployment”

Pros

Deployment was pretty simple and connecting it with Microsoft Office applications didn't take much effort either. The included basic templates cover common needs well and the platform's open structure leaves plenty of room for customization. One of its biggest strengths is how well it helps prevent unwanted content from being shared while also improving the security of outgoing data.

Cons

Getting it fully aligned with your own internal structure can take some trial and error. Because of that, it may occasionally trigger false alarms.

“secure document sharing”

Pros

Across all kinds of documents it has been useful for saving and sharing files securely. It works with the full Microsoft Office suite and whenever you save or share something, it prompts you to choose the right classification. With one click, the label is added by the program which makes the process simple and consistent.

Cons

Having to classify absolutely everything can get a little irritating especially for more personal items. It also adds some slowdown to the software, most noticeably when sending emails through Outlook.

“Better data security and classification”

Pros

Working with this software has made data definition and classification more efficient and it has also helped strengthen data security.

Cons

The only challenge on my side has been getting comfortable with the product. The tutorials could definitely be improved to make things clearer for beginners.

“convenient data classification”

Pros

Sending emails with this makes it simple to choose the right data classification and that's been really useful for our team.

Cons

Something that would improve it is automatic classification for recurring or repeated emails.

“helps me avoid missing important details”

Pros

I really appreciate how it reminds me to include the required actions in my email subject. That nudge is genuinely useful and helps me avoid missing important details when sending messages.

Cons

At times though the reminders can get a bit annoying especially since there's no way to turn them off when I don't need them.
