At times there seem to be more technical issues than I would expect.

The pricing is the downside. It's extremely expensive compared with other competing options.

Putting together board books with this software is quick and efficient which makes the whole process much easier to manage.

Something I'd still like to see improved is the graphical user interface since it could be more polished and user-friendly.

Pros

Creating an agenda in it takes very little time and uploading files is just as simple. Being able to duplicate previous meetings to build new ones is especially useful when the agenda stays mostly the same or only needs a few minor updates.

Cons

it does act up from time to time and can be a bit buggy. That said, customer support responds quickly whenever help is needed.

Pros

Using the portal feels very simple whether I'm creating board books or adding and removing users.

Cons

The user limit is a bit restrictive since adding more would increase the cost and the downloaded presentations come with extra borders that I find annoying.

Right away the dashboard layout feels well organized and managing user profiles is simple. Uploading documents for the board package is also very convenient which makes the whole platform pleasant to use.

At this point I haven't come across anything I dislike about the platform.

The downside for me is having to download documents for our official company records.

Everything is laid out clearly and kept concise and the source document library is a big plus. It really covers everything I need.

After using it for more than five years I still haven't come across anything I dislike.
