Pros
I like how tasks are clearly organized and the forms are pretty easy to complete. Also the layout makes it simple to navigate through everything I need to do and filling out information does not feel complicated at all.
Cons
The mobile version runs pretty slow. And yes I think the app could really use some optimization work.

Pros
EHS Insight platform brought all our EHS applications together in one place giving every employee access while allowing our safety team to stay in control of processes and data. What I really appreciate is how adaptable it is as we can configure it to fit our specific needs without paying extra fees or requiring major IT support. Also their customer support team is fantastic as they are always available and eager to collaborate when we need help. Overall having everything EHS related in one spot has been a game-changer, saving us time, money and resources while boosting our safety culture. Now everyone in the company uses it regularly.
Cons
Takes a while to configure for our specific business needs even though the integration process itself is pretty simple.

“Great HSE Management Tool
Pros
I love how customizable everything is and the customer service always responds quickly when I need help. The self help resources are great too. What's nice is being able to add or remove modules based on our actual needs which keeps costs manageable. Also they are constantly updating and improving things which shows they are paying attention. And when users suggest improvements they actually consider them which is not something you see with every company.
Cons
The hazard ID process is more complicated than it needs to be. Right now when you enter a hazard ID it gets sent to someone else for risk assessment but I wish you could handle the whole thing in one go such as enter it, assign actions and close it out all in the same place. As it would make things much simpler instead of having multiple steps.

Pros
The interface feels really user frinedly and I find myself using new features with ease. Plus customer service is quick to respond whenever I need help which is refreshing.
Cons
I feel like SDS module could definitely use some improvements and I would really appreciate better filters for Excel exports. Plus it would be great if there were a way to generate safety flash reports directly from the incident forms. Also the training section could use a few tweaks to make it more user friendly.

Pros
I really like the mobile app feature as it lets our supervisors and managers document incidents right there on the plant floor. Plus having everything centralized in one spot is pretty convenient too.
Cons
Well I think EHS Insight audit and inspection section could really benefit from having ready made forms instead of having to create everything from scratch.

It is pretty simple to navigate most of the time. Plus the support staff is very responsive and always goes above and beyond to help us.
Cons
Training module feels lacking. And also noticed that sometimes changes do not happen because they apparently need more user requests to justify updates.

Report creation can be tricky at times and updating the standard fields is not always as simple as we expected it to be.

Cons

What I love most is how user friendly this system is as it really makes life easier for EHS professionals like myself. Our techs find it pretty simple to navigate and the pre-built reports are a lifesaver for managers. Plus the mobile version works great and I am particularly fond of the help section since it lets me learn at my own pace.
Cons
It could definitely implement user suggestions more quickly. And while I like the voting feature for existing suggestions, the pace of rolling out new features is a little slow at times.

Using this as our integrated management system has been proven very helpful. Plus the modules provide excellent visibility and accountability which really support the key elements I need for our management system program.
Cons
The workflow steps can be a bit confusing at first especially when trying to figure out what needs to be done next. And some modules like Incident Event and CAPA have overlapping steps that threw me off when I was just starting.

EHS Insight interface feels pretty user friendly and I was able to set it up myself using their resources without much trouble. Plus everything loads fast and I have never had any issues with the mobile app.
Cons
Setup process was tricky with some essential decisions becoming permanent once made so I really wish they had provided guided onboarding to help us avoid mistakes because now we are stuck with it. Also the customization is inconsistent across modules, with some being highly flexible while others like Safety Drill feel unfinished. Also it would have saved me a lot of time if they had ready made training materials or YouTube tutorials for common tasks like filing incident reports instead of having to create everything from scratch.
