“Simple to use”
Pros
I like how tasks are clearly organized and the forms are pretty easy to complete. Also the layout makes it simple to navigate through everything I need to do and filling out information does not feel complicated at all.
Cons
The mobile version runs pretty slow. And yes I think the app could really use some optimization work.

What I really appreciate is how adaptable it is as we can configure it to fit our specific needs without paying extra fees or requiring major IT support. Also their customer support team is fantastic as they are always available and eager to collaborate when we need help. Overall having everything EHS related in one spot has been a game-changer, saving us time, money and resources while boosting our safety culture. Now everyone in the company uses it regularly.

“Great HSE Management Tool”
Pros
I love how customizable everything is and the customer service always responds quickly when I need help. The self help resources are great too. What's nice is being able to add or remove modules based on our actual needs which keeps costs manageable. Also they are constantly updating and improving things which shows they are paying attention. And when users suggest improvements they actually consider them which is not something you see with every company.
Cons
The hazard ID process is more complicated than it needs to be. Right now when you enter a hazard ID it gets sent to someone else for risk assessment but I wish you could handle the whole thing in one go such as enter it, assign actions and close it out all in the same place. As it would make things much simpler instead of having multiple steps.
