“Easy-to-use system

The site is easy to use and really functional. Navigating through it is also simple and the dashboards have a clean, nice design. All the templates are easy to access too.

Cons

It would be great if there was an option to see the tasks of different users that are in progress or under review on one page instead of having to use a drop-down.

Pros

It's everything I need in one place, saving me so much time and helping my clients save money. It's really user-friendly, interactive and the customer support is top-notch.

Cons

The Supplier Manager could use some more work but honestly, it's still way better than anything else I've used before. Plus, they're constantly improving it which is awesome.

We started using It to improve and track our sustainability goals at Tyk. It's been such a pleasure working with them! The platform has been amazing so far and their recent updates to Supplier Management have made admin tasks so much simpler. It's super easy to use, clear and just works.

The way It has set up the process for B-Corp certification is spot on. They break down everything into smaller goals, making it feel less overwhelming. It's a much easier way to tackle something big like this.

“Futureproof simplifies the complex

The team is amazing! Since the platform is still pretty new, they're responsive to feedback and ideas. I love the roadmaps feature and you can sign up and work on smaller tasks like improving mental health or business ethics. They also just launched a supplier section where you can send surveys to track what they're doing for ESG. Really cool!

Cons

I don't really dislike anything but in the emissions tracking section, it'd be great to have more categories like cloud hosting and PPC spend to carbon footprint calculations.

“Top sustainability partners

Pros

We've been using it for a couple of years now, and we can't say enough good things. They've been a huge help with our BCorp application. It makes it easier to break down a massive task like this into smaller, manageable parts. They're also working on tools for Carbon Manager and Supplier Evaluation, which have been super helpful for our ESG goals. They're passionate about sustainability and their Slack channel connects us with others in the field. Plus, they really listen to user input which makes their products intuitive and user-friendly.

Cons

I'd love to hear more from them, maybe more updates or communication!

“A key player in our B-Corp journey

It's been awesome to see the improvements in the product over the years. It was key to Born Social achieving B Corp status and it'll continue to be central to our focus on sustainability and the environment.

Cons

Nothing really stands out. Last year, some features were new and needed some work but the speed at which they've improved, while focusing on what SMEs need, has been great.

“Great support for small B-Corp businesses

Pros

We're currently working with it on our BCorp certification and they've been amazing partners. They're always available, happy to help and really open to discussing our specific needs. Its user friendly and they offer tons of support and encouragement to push further! Highly recommend it to any small business looking to become a BCorp. Also they're a great support system.

The team is still building some features that will be very helpful like support for conducting surveys.

For us, having all the tasks for our BCorp certification in one place has been incredibly valuable.

Cons

Honestly I can't think of a feature that hasn't been helpful for us. When we first started using the platform, there were some gaps but working closely with the Futureproof team, we were able to provide feedback and they added new features to meet our needs. For example, we now have our own business page showing our impact to date.
