Pros

I helped my client find the right service provider and set up their account. The whole onboarding process was quick and simple. After we created the account, they offered a free demo which we took. It was really helpful because we got answers to all our questions.

Cons

We haven't been using the product for long enough, so it's too soon to say anything for sure.
