Pros

Using it has been very simple. Both our trustees and staff have mentioned how simple the platform is to work with. Getting everything set up didn't take much effort and having all our documents, communication and records in one place instead of across separate filing systems, emails and messages has made things much more efficient.

Cons

There isn't anything I've come across that I dislike about it at this point. Since it's still a relatively new business, I'm aware the team has additional features they want to build into the platform but from what I've seen, those would be improvements to an already working service rather than fixes for any existing problem.

Pros

After dealing with multiple accounts and email addresses across different cloud platforms, having everything for board meetings gathered in one system has been a real improvement. It makes access to documents, meeting minutes and other essential board tasks much more simple. It also simplifies wider board management needs especially with features like the risk register being built directly into the platform and integrated with our account which means it actually gets used instead of being forgotten and left outdated in a shared folder. Whenever we needed help, support was quick and genuinely helpful too which matters a lot for trustees who do not always adapt to new systems right away.

Cons

At this point I do not have any complaints. For the price and the speed of setup, it delivers exactly what you would expect and has been a big help with meeting management.

Pros

Serving as a portfolio Chair and NED I've appreciated how it pulls board papers, actions, decisions and governance into one secure platform. It strengthens board discipline, helps lower risk, makes meetings run more efficiently and gives directors far better visibility into actions and decision-making between meetings.

Cons

There's naturally a learning curve for directors who have been relying on email and paper board packs for years. It tends to work best when the entire board commits to using the platform consistently.
