I like how simple it is to use. Keeping all our contractor info in one place makes my job much easier.

It starts to get slow once there are a lot of bookings in the system.

The permit system is great.. it's clear and works perfectly whether I'm on my laptop or tablet.

It's fantastic for keeping track of contractors and suppliers across multiple events all in one place. It makes the whole process, from onboarding to arrival and setup run smoothly.

Only issue is that if we reject a supplier's documentation, they get notified but we don't. That makes it hard for us to follow up.

I like the option to send induction documents remotely before someone arrives on site. For those without computer access we can still do an in-person induction which is helpful.

The system is pretty easy to use from the get-go. The dashboards are well-organized and the information under each section is easy to access.

In the contractor area, if you're gathering information and then go back, you have to scroll all the way down through the list of workers to find what you need. If you have a lot of workers.. that can mean a lot of scrolling.

It's simple to navigate and the way it tracks expiry dates for things like insurance and questionnaires is excellent. It's also very easy to show my colleagues our progress year-to-date.

The cost is quite high especially if you want any add-ons.

Thanks to the simple interface, we can quickly find contractors and check their site approval status.

I don't find it difficult to use or manage at all. No issues from me or my team.
