“Powerful audience builder”

Pros

One of the best things about this tool is how it lets us sync data from virtually any data warehouse to the tools the company already uses. The audience builder is especially powerful and being able to push live data into sales, marketing and customer success platforms within minutes, without needing any engineering work, makes it incredibly valuable. Data activation matters a lot and that is exactly why this tool stands out for me.

Cons

I find this tool extremely useful and I do not really have any complaints about it. Being able to explore, manage and activate customer data directly from the data store without issues has worked very well and overall it has been a successful solution.
