“Provides the best assistance”
Pros
The customer service they offer is simply the best as they really helps whenever we need updates to our filing process. They are constantly looking for ways to make the system better and more efficient. And during implementation they were very helpful and regularly checked in to see if we needed any improvements or assistance.
Cons
It has some features that are pretty confusing and could be better. Also I feel like it would be helpful if there were additional checks to handle rounding issues better.

IRIS CARBONA transition to FERC reporting has been smooth with this platform. Plus the team guided us through every step ensuring we met deadlines with accurate submissions. Their support staff was great too in helping us fix filing errors and stay compliant. Navigation is easy too and the test upload feature catches potential errors before submitting to FERC. Overall this tool has made a stressful process much easier and more reliable.
Cons
The main issue we faced was due to our setup as we bought assets from another company that used this software for FERC filings. When filing our annual report, the previous year's rolled-forward numbers did not match our beginning balances because of new books. Luckily the support team was great and helped us resolve it quickly so we could file on time. It would be helpful if test filings provided more detailed error descriptions.

Pros
The cloud based setup is simply amazing and the interface feels really clean and user friendly. Overall this tool completely simplified how we prepare and report our FERC 714 as an X-BRL file as it's made our whole process so much more streamlined. The import and validation features are huge time savers that cut down on effort significantly. What really stands out though is the outclass response time and top-notch customer support we have received.

Pros
IRIS CARBONA cloud platform offers lots of helpful features for ESEF reporting and feels really easy to use. I particularly like the inline iXBRL Viewer, predefined reports, summary snapshots and calculation checks as they make the whole process smoother. What really stands out though is the team behind it. They are very dedicated and professional always jumping in to help when needed. And whenever I have run into issues, they have resolved them quickly so I never miss my deadlines.
Cons
I honestly cannot think of any real complaints about this software. Everything has worked exactly as expected for me.

The interface is really user friendly with a logical workflow that makes sense. Also the support they offer is simply the best from day one. They walk you through setup and respond quickly whenever I have questions.
