Pros
The customer service they offer is simply the best as they really helps whenever we need updates to our filing process. They are constantly looking for ways to make the system better and more efficient. And during implementation they were very helpful and regularly checked in to see if we needed any improvements or assistance.
Cons
It has some features that are pretty confusing and could be better. Also I feel like it would be helpful if there were additional checks to handle rounding issues better.

Cons
The error messages can be confusing and I often struggle to understand what there trying to tell me. Plus the terminology used throughout isnt always clear either.
