“Decent and reliable”
Pros
I love having all the RFQ information in one platform.
Cons
What I like least is that I do not think it is very user friendly and I often have trouble getting the comparison results the way I want them.

“Worth every penny”
Pros
The platform ensures security and consistency in the supplier/product approval processes. It allows suppliers to interact and internally, it is a cross-functional tool that involves the necessary departments in each process. Plus the bidding platform is my fav as it makes the negotiation process faster and more transparent.
Cons
It would be interesting to analyze questionnaire data to segment and evaluate suppliers. Also I would like to have more flexibility and customization in the reports.

“Good for managing daily supplier registrations”
Pros
ITBID system works very well although in my case it does not fully integrate with SAP.
Cons
I think the concept behind the system is great but it could be improved when requesting support from the technical team. They often respond as if I were a programmer when I am just asking about user errors.

Pros
ITBID has helped us gain visibility and transform our internal purchasing function which has helped us a lot. Also it is a user friendly application that easily integrates with other tools like NAV.
Cons
In the contracts section it shows a summary of all contracts but it does not allow us to export this screen to Excel.

“It worked really well”
Pros
ITBID is more than just a software provider for procurement management as they are a consultancy with great experience and knowledge. One of the main reasons I chose them was their philosophy of empowering users. They provide high quality training not only on their tool but also on procurement processes and they helped us define the supplier and product approval needs. Plus the integration was simple and the tool was quickly adopted across the department and by other users like quality, R&D and even production plants. Even their leadership worked with me to present the project to my sponsor, the CEO providing the necessary credibility and professionalism to advance the digitalization of the company's procurement processes.
Cons
We are really happy with the tool as it is perfectly suited to our needs.

“Perfect to start digitalizing your purchases”
Pros
I will say the software is pretty complete yet standard platform that allows digitalization of the purchasing department. Also it is constantly evolving and although it's a standard for all its clients, sometimes specific developments can be made. Plus the pricing compared to other options is key for small and medium-sized businesses.
Cons
The fact that it's a standard for all users makes it difficult to adapt the software to our business needs and there are options we end up not using.

“Great help in advancing your purchasing department”
Pros
Both the supplier approval module and the negotiation module stand out for their flexibility which makes it easy to quickly adapt to new models and processes, sometimes driven by internal strategy decisions or new regulations. Also I find it user friendly and simple to use for both procurement users and any type of supplier. And it is secure, with a very clean, transparent and traceable view of the information.
Cons
Well the system works perfectly but I think its startup speed could be improved.

“It guaranteed full monitoring of tenders”
Pros
The functionality is excellent. I have full control over the bidding process and receive continuous feedback from suppliers.
Cons
I feel like there should be more control over the documentation sent by suppliers for approval in a tender. We need to expand the documentation we require and approve some products/services before accepting the tender.
