Working with it has been a consistently positive experience for both Cornerstone Technologies and our clients. Their platform delivers advanced, best-in-class model documentation and that has been a major advantage for current and prospective clients alike. When it comes to governance in the AI/ML modeling space, it would be hard for me or anyone on my team to seriously consider another company.
Cons
At this point, I honestly haven't come across any real drawbacks. The team has been responsive and helpful across the board and the solution itself feels unmatched.

One thing I really appreciate about it is the customer support. Whenever any concern or glitch comes up, the team responds quickly, stays cooperative and usually gets everything resolved within 15 to 20 minutes.
Cons
It can be a bit overwhelming for new users at first. It takes a while to become familiar with all of the platform's features and the error detection system could be better since it does not always catch issues accurately.
