Excellent support with great teamwork

Pros

The interface feels really simple and makes secure data storage straightforward. I appreciate how everything stays auditable without being complicated. What really stands out is their team from the sales folks through onboarding, everyone's been incredibly communicative and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process.

Cons

The taxonomy mapping feels pretty clunky to work with and those pre-defined metrics they've already mapped out aren't really the most practical way to enter data.
