“Way to go for one login access

Pros

Okta is one of the best identity and access management platforms out there. With it I only need to sign up once and can access all my favorite apps like Slack, Gmail and Zoom. This saves me time since I no longer need to enter my password for each app or keep track of multiple passwords. Overall it makes my work experience smooth and efficient.

Cons

I really like everything about it. The software meets all my needs so there is nothing I dislike about it.

Pros

This is probably the best 2FA authenticator app I have ever used. Also it is comprehensive and reliable. My company switched to it from Google Authenticator not long after I joined.

Cons

Depending on our network security settings, updating our contact information or other details can be a lengthy process to regain account access. And while it is a temporary hassle, the security and protection you get with this product make it worth it.

It is very easy to use, the integration was also pretty simple and it is very reliable once set up and maintained. Honestly I am very happy with it.

Cons

Occasionally we need to manually sync it when it is integrated with Windows AD since it does not always auto-update.

I love how easy and quick it is to log into all my work apps from one place. It saves time, keeps everything secure and the mobile app is very easy to use too.

Cons

Sometimes it logs me out too quickly without any warning and when there are issues with multi-factor authentication, it is not always easy to figure out how to fix it without getting help.

Logging in to all of the company's sites and programs from one place is so simple as it made navigating everything we use much easier.

Cons

There is not much to complain about. The only annoying thing is that after updates I have to reorganize all my icons again.

Setting up MFA is pretty simple but when things go wrong, it is not always clear to us how to recover it without reaching out for assistance.

To be honest I have no complaints as it is great to have something that provides safe access to apps.

The initial setup can be a bit overwhelming because of the many configuration options but let me tell you that the thorough support materials really help make the process easier.
