Ondato offers a solution that is very easy to use as it requires no extra resources to get started.

Cons

One issue is that screenings are not automated as we need to manually activate them for each new customer. Additionally the match accuracy sometimes falls short.

One of the biggest advantages of using it is how user friendly it is. The interface is also clean and the automation and customization features make it a top choice.

Setting up the KYB onboarding solution took some time as we had to set up accounts, configure the platform and integrate it with our existing systems. However the time spent on the setup was definitely worth it!

The pricing can be a bit steep for small businesses which might make it hard for startups and companies with tight budgets to afford. Also it offers limited integration options meaning companies may need additional tools to connect it to their current systems.

The tool has an API integration option but we still faced some difficulties aligning it with our core system. We are almost done and hope this will be resolved soon.
