“Transformed how we handle data”
Pros
It has completely changed how we handle data. It's fast, flexible and very simple to work with, while the scalability has been exceptional. We haven't come across another platform that combines this much depth in data quality, MDM, rules engine, knowledge graphs and full Customer/Product 360. The AI/ML capabilities are applied in a very practical way, supporting users without reducing trust since review and control are always built in. The zero-license-cost approach is a major benefit because we don't have to think about record counts, CPUs, servers or user limits at all which gives us total freedom. Integration with Azure and our other systems has also been excellent. Overall, it has delivered much more than we originally expected.
Cons
The documentation could be better and having more training videos would definitely help. It would also be useful to see more in-depth video content shared publicly on platforms like YouTube.
