“Top-notch security and scalability”
Pros
it stands out for its scalability, high availability, data integrity and strong security. The security is especially impressive which is a big reason why it's so widely used in the banking sector as a backend database.
Cons
Getting it installed on my laptop was a real challenge because the setup process is quite complicated. After uninstalling and trying to reinstall it, I ran into a lot of errors. It took a lot of effort, including contacting support and watching YouTube videos to figure out how to completely remove everything before installing it again and the whole process ended up taking a lot of time.

“Comprehensive database management platform”
Pros
It covers pretty much everything you could ask for in a database management platform, advanced relational database features, strong query optimization and management and integration with cloud software as well.
Cons
The only downside which is understandable given how extensive the software's capabilities are, is the license cost since not every company can afford it.

“Helpful employee info”
Pros
This is basically the one place I can go to see everything related to me as an employee, pending training, completed training, contract updates and similar information all in one spot.
Cons
Navigating the page is pretty confusing and the labels feel too broad so I almost never reach what I need on the first attempt.

“Lightweight tool”
Pros
It feels lightweight and is fairly simple to work with. The TNS files are especially helpful because they keep everyone aligned on the same connections. Overall, I really haven't run into any major issues using it.
Cons
One frustrating part is needing third-party tools like TOAD or SQL Developer just to access it which can be annoying at times. On top of that since the backend is Linux-based, finding the right DBA can sometimes be challenging.

“Outstanding graphical interface”
Pros
This program keeps data on a very reliable platform and accessing it through queries is simple thanks to the excellent graphical interface provided by SQL Developer from the same vendor.
Cons
That said, it's still a highly complex product geared mainly toward professionals and the installation and configuration process is far from user-friendly or simple.
