“Overall good tool
Pros
The support team responds incredibly fast and they'll sort out any problems I have through chat within the same day. Setting up connections between this platform and our accounting software is simple and making adjustments later is just as simple.
Cons
The invoice posting from Payhawk to our accounting system takes longer than I'd like, though it's not a dealbreaker.

“Easy platform with great support
Pros
Our implementation experience has been pretty smooth overall. We did run into some teething problems with the TravelPerk integration but we're working with our account manager to sort those out. The chatbot feature has been handy for getting quick answers on smaller questions where we just needed clarification. What I really appreciate is having most of our purchasing requirements consolidated into one platform and it's genuinely easy to use. The dashboard layout makes sense and doesn't require much explanation to figure out.
Cons
I find the linked bank accounts pretty frustrating since we still need to deposit funds before making any payments, not really sure what the point of linking them is in the first place? It's not terrible but I'd really like to see the ability to make direct payments straight from the bank account.

“Efficient and user-friendly tool
Pros
It's easy to use and whenever I have questions, the support team gets back to me within minutes and they're genuinely helpful and kind. Getting started was simple and it's really helped us stay on top of pending expenses especially with the automatic card blocking feature. The approval workflow recently got an update that's made things run much smoother most of the time. Our team has embraced using virtual cards for daily transactions which has been great.
Cons
The setup gets tricky with our complex organizational structure and there are some gaps that create roadblocks. We need a third-line manager approval for card requests but that functionality just isn't available yet. Our complicated structure also means we can't really use the AP module they offer between payroll payment issues and integration that's still not working at 100%, it's just not feasible for us right now.

“Excellent expense tracking and control tool
Pros
I can request various credit cards, both physical and virtual ones and assign them to different team members. Managing teams, categories, expense controls, budget definitions and subscription oversight is straightforward. Bank transfers for paying vendor invoices work well, plus I can reimburse employee expenses and set kilometer rates for travel. Everything works across multiple currencies too! The multi-company feature is fantastic since I can manage businesses in different countries with their respective currencies like having a UK company and US company under one platform. The synchronization capabilities are impressive, connecting smoothly with NetSuite for accounting, TravelPerk for travel invoicing, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Xero, Google Workspace and several other tools.
Cons
Occasionally I run into small glitches with Google Wallet or Apple Pay on my phone, plus attaching receipts can be tricky sometimes. The support team is always ready to help though and my account manager stays on top of things with regular follow-ups to get everything sorted out.

Pros
The invoice upload process is very simple and tracking reimbursements feels effortless. I really appreciate having a solid mobile app that keeps me connected on the go. From an approval standpoint, the interface makes validating my team's expenses simple especially since I can handle multiple organizations simultaneously and approve cross-entity invoices without any hassle. Overall, it's a reliable and uncomplicated solution for expense and invoice management.
Cons
Their interface feels very unstable and buggy especially when I'm working with invoices. The bulk approval feature gives me trouble regularly and it just doesn't work reliably. Also, it struggles to detect amounts and providers accurately compared to what we used before.

“Massive efficiency boost for my work
Pros
This app is incredibly user-friendly and walks you through expense submission step by step. My team picked it up quickly without any problems learning the system. Customer support is fantastic and I can always reach a real person when I need help and they make me feel supported whenever I have questions about the platform. I rely on this tool daily since I'm constantly ordering supplies for my role.
Cons
Sometimes the click-to-paste feature on invoices doesn't work properly, when you try to auto-fill text into the description field, it just doesn't respond the way it should.

“Simple and Effective Expense software
Pros
I find submitting expenses very easy with this platform. The computer vision function automatically fills in fields, which saves me tons of time and tracking everything becomes much simpler.
Cons
There's no way to edit and resubmit expenses once they're submitted even if they haven't been approved yet. If I make an input mistake, I'm stuck with it until approval which seems like it would be simple to fix.

“Streamlines expense management perfectly
Pros
I really appreciate how accessible It is for our team and the outstanding customer support we receive. Our employees can easily submit expenses through either the mobile app or web interface, plus they can upload receipts directly from their corporate cards. This makes our monthly accounting processes much smoother since everything gets automatically sorted by budget and department. Whenever we run into issues or have questions, the support team is very friendly and professional and they always resolve things quickly and efficiently.
Cons
It would be really helpful if the card names we set online actually printed on the physical cards themselves. Since we use this across three different entities and some employees have cards for all of them, it gets confusing when the physical cards all look identical. We've had to resort to putting sticky labels on each card to tell them apart which isn't ideal.

“Sleek Tool for Payment Management
Pros
The standout feature for me is how it handles staff expenses. This has completely transformed our process since we used to rely on a Google spreadsheet but now we have a streamlined and efficient system for expense submissions. Having each team member download the app and upload expenses in just a few simple steps saves us tremendous time compared to our old workflow before switching to this platform.
Cons
Setting up the mapping between codes and QuickBooks Online was pretty time-consuming at first. Getting them configured properly so they make sense in the system and sync correctly with QuickBooks took quite a bit of effort. Once you get it all sorted though, you only need to adjust things when new codes get added. The customer support team is really helpful during setup if you run into any snags.
