Excellent Security Software Experience

Pros

What really stands out is how simple the interface is and I didn't need extensive training to get started. The customizable policies are a game-changer since I can tailor everything to our specific organizational requirements rather than working with rigid, one-size-fits-all settings. It's significantly reduced our data breach risks while helping us stay compliant with regulations. The automation features have been a huge time-saver for our IT and security teams, letting them focus on more strategic tasks instead of manual monitoring.

Cons

The setup can get pretty complex especially if you're dealing with a large organization and it definitely takes some time to get everything configured properly. I've also noticed it can slow down endpoint devices occasionally which can be frustrating. Fine-tuning the policies is another pain point since it takes quite effort to reduce false positives and get everything running smoothly.

Strong Internal Risk Management Tool

Pros

I find this DLP solution really easy to deploy. Understanding how it works is simple and the configuration options cover all the key protection areas to prevent data leaks. The security measures are quite flexible and the M365 integration is essential since it extends controls to cloud services and lets you audit what services company users are accessing. Customer service is excellent with fast response times.

Cons

I don't really have any major complaints about the controls and they work well for what I need. My only suggestion would be improving the graphics and user activity analysis presentation in version 11, as the current visual reports could be more polished.

Solid security with room for improvement

Pros

I like how this tool helped me establish clear rules for users, devices and networks across our organization. Implementation was surprisingly quick and took less than a day and they assisted with configuring launch settings based on our needs and industry best practices. Once properly configured, the settings rarely need adjustments. I check the reports daily for monitoring purposes. Integration went smoothly without restricting user functionality. What really stands out is their support team. Professional, responsive and incredibly efficient when issues arise.

Cons

The new interface threw me off a bit and having most settings moved to the web portal felt confusing at first. I guess it's just about getting used to the changes.
