SafetyCulture has great task management and scheduling tools making it easy for me to organize inspections and assign tasks. Plus the interactive live dashboards provide a real time overview of our security posture allowing us to immediately spot incidents. it also simplifies creating awareness about workplace safety by using AI to generate safety training courses.

Cons

From the beginning working with it has been smooth and I am happy to say I have never find anything I dislike about it.

Pros

Its analytics and reporting tools make it easy to identify risks even the more complex ones. And its scheduling features help me organize inspections and assign tasks to everyone efficiently. The safety training tools in it teach us modern safety practices to maintain a safe working environment.

Cons

While our overall experience with it has been good there are some areas like customization options and slower customer support that we have not been too fond of.

We have had a great experience with it and are impressed with the quality of service it offers. All the features are easy to use and we have never faced any issues. Overall our experience has been flawless and we have no complaints.

Also it has collaboration features making it easy for our team to work together and improve our workplace activities. And with its excellent incident inspection and reporting tools it provides clear insights into our safety standards and how to improve workplace safety.

Cons

There is nothing about it that has caused us any inconvenience. It has been a perfect experience and we have no dislikes.

The ability to collaborate remotely with my team both in and outside my territory is a huge advantage. With remote approvals I can assist my team from home while they unload products ensuring there are no delays in the unloading and receiving processes.

Cons

Personally I do not have any cons to share right now. Any issue I have come across has been promptly and efficiently resolved.

Sometimes there is a lack of communication when changes are made to the platform. Certain updates have impacted useful processes we were using. For example when sharing templates with external users, we used to receive instant notifications via text or email when they submitted them. This feature stopped working after some updates were made.

With SafetyCulture finding any form or checklist is a simple process whether it is for a routine audit or a one-off inspection. Plus when reviews are due it sends automatic notifications to the assigned team which is great and its built-in messaging feature allows us to set up video sessions quickly to address questions and incident reports in real-time.

Cons

Well its responsiveness is impressive even with fast paced projects that require flexibility. My only wish is that they continue this high level of performance and improve the integrations they already offer.

Pros

SafetyCulture provides a clear, step by step process to follow and allows for adding photos and extra notes. And although I have not set up a job myself I have used several templates provided by different companies. Plus I do not need to manually set up reports or resize photos as you simply input the necessary data, take the required photos and it automatically generates the report.

Cons

It depends on how well the job is set up. If necessary details are missed or if the setup does not account for possible variations in the environment it can cause issues. Plus I noticed that it really depends on the competence and experience of the person setting up the job template. As sometimes you have to enter null data just to proceed and at the start of the process, it is unclear how many questions or how long it will take.

It helps us manage technical IT inspections efficiently. We can also customize checklists for different environments which improves the quality of our reports. Plus the built in help feature is very useful for quick setup or addressing usage questions right away.

Cons

I notcied that mobile app tends to struggle with larger inspections as sometimes it slows down or even crashes when handling many images or notes.

When an item is about to expire or needs updating the system automatically sends us an email notification well in advance. Also SafetyCulture's navigation is very basic allowing us to follow tasks and audits easily. It is also really useful to automate future actions like recurring inspections or assigning corrective tasks.

Cons

It has met all our expectations. It has a user friendly design and the ability to scale with our growing needs.
