Pros

Working through the POC has been a very positive experience because the team has been supportive and quick to respond whenever needed. The out-of-the-box capabilities are impressive and the custom configuration process is simple. Getting everything set up initially is also not difficult.

Cons

The first round of data analysis can take some time but that is understandable when the platform is indexing and cataloging detailed information for each document across terabytes or even petabytes of data.
